It is difficult to put into words just how transformative my time with you (Bambi) was. I know it’s early days so I don’t want to claim preemptive victory but in one situation after another I find myself thinking more lucidly and being more present. People have commented on me seeming “lighter” and it’s amazing to find myself interrogating my parts whenever I react to difficult situations.

Thank you so much for what I am all but certain will be one of the most important weeks of my life.
